Treatments are only offered to people aged 18 years or over. We regularly request proof of identification for anyone who looks below the age of 25 therefore please bring a form of ID such as a passport or driving licence with you.

Sorry we do not offer payment plans and payment is expected on the day following your treatment. We also have a card machine that accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Thank you for letting us know that you wish to cancel. Please send us an email either via the envelope link on our website or to info@jennifersmithaesthetics.com and state in the subject ‘CANCELLATION’ using capital letters.

We understand some clients like to bring someone for morale support, we’ve had to limit this to ONE person ONLY but please make sure you have childcare in place for your appointment, we are not insured for unattended children to be in the salon, due to the set up of the building it is unsafe for them to accompany you to your appointment. Under NO circumstances can a child come into the treatment room with you.

Sorry we do not offer home visits. Our clinic is based in a salon in Seaham, County Durham and we are open to running clinics in other cities around the UK.

Yes! We offer a free consultation for any questions, concerns and advice. If you wish to go ahead with your treatment on the day and we can fit you in then we will!

Everyone manages pain differently. It sometimes depends on which area is treated. The good news is we use numbing cream prior to treatments and the treatments usually take minutes!

The time frames stated on our website for filler durability should be used as a guideline only. There is no guarantee the filler will last for the durations stated on site. Several sessions may be needed to achieve your desired results. This is impossible for us to determine as it’s down to an individuals anatomy and lifestyle factors that are out of Jennifer Smith Aesthetics control. Filler is a buildable product and it may take multiple sessions to achieve your desired result.

Yes we accept most major credit and debit cards and also accept cash.

We aim that you are with us for around 20 minutes. However please understand that occasionally some appointments do overrun due to different circumstances which can cause delay.

We deal with a high volume of messages daily. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response back from us and do not send multiple messages as this can delay your response. Please also check your junk mail as sometimes messages are automatically diverted there, this can be avoided by saving our email address into your contacts.
